Managing partner Marius Pătrăşcanu will represent Maravela & Asociaţii as speaker on antifraud techniques and mechanisms in corporate, trade and contractual areas, at the Antifraud and Anticorruption Conference, to be held by the Romanian National Internal Control Institute (INCIR) in Bucharest, 28 March 2016.
Currently at its second edition, the conference will focus on Techniques for preventing, detecting & investigating fraud and corruption, bringing together key note speakers with extensive knowledge and practical expertise from INCIR, the FBI, the global law firm Baker & McKenzie LLP, KPMG Forensic, the Romanian Ministry of Development and Public Administration, public officers, judges and prosecutors as well as local law firms.
