Flexible-working platform Lawyers On Demand (LOD) has opened in Dubai, the firm’s first office in the United Arab Emirates and eighth overall.

Aviva names replacement for UK legal boss

Insurance giant Aviva has named a replacement for former legal boss Monica Risam, bringing in Bupa legal director for the role of Aviva Life general counsel.

Alison Gammon will join the company in Risam’s old role which concerned 65 per cent of Aviva’s overall business.
