Liquidity risk management a key focus in the Central Bank’s letter to FMCs

On 12 March 2021, the Central Bank published a copy of a letter dated 10 March 2021 which has been sent to the chair of the board of certain fund management companies (“FMCs”). The FMCs to which this letter was issued are those that were surveyed last year as part of the supervisory exercise involving investment funds that have significant exposures to corporate debt and real estate assets.
