European Commission to launch new State aid measures in response to COVID-19

More good news on the State aid front with regard to COVID-19 – the European Commission has published a draft framework of temporary measures which allow EU member states to provide urgent financial support to affected businesses.

The Minister for Economic Development, Tourism, Sport and Culture has published Guidance relating, principally, to rent and other payments to be followed by Landlords and Tenants of Commercial Property during the COVID-19 Period.
