Distribution of foreign investment funds in the UK post-Brexit: TPR and OFR

The UK Financial Services Bill 2020 was recently introduced to ensure that the UK’s regulatory framework continues to function effectively following the UK’s exit from the EU. The Bill introduces new equivalence regimes for both retail investment funds and money market funds and aims to simplify the process for distribution of foreign investment funds to UK investors.
