Diana Dimova, an M&A and corporate partner who leads  Kinstellar’s Sofia office, spoke at the IBA’s fourth European Corporate and Private M&A Conference, which took place in Paris on 11 and 12 February 2016.

Diana was invited to speak on the panel, which tackled the material adverse change (MAC) clauses in European private M&A deals. Diana focused on the seller’s reaction to MACs and the ways to successfully address these clauses in negotiations. Her co-panelists were partners from Travers Smith LLP (UK), Garrigues (Spain) and Homburger (Switzerland).

IBA’s fourth European Corporate and Private M&A Conference gathered over 370 leading corporate and M&A lawyers from Europe, the USA and Asia.
