Jan Lehky, managing associate in Kinstellar’s Prague office, spoke at the seminar on construction permitting in the Czech Republic and other European Union countries with respect to construction in industrial zones.
The seminar was held at the Chamber of Deputies and was co-organised by CzechInvest and the Association for Foreign Investment under the auspices of the Minister of Industry and Trade, Jan Mládek. The seminar covered problems faced by investors when constructing in industrial zones. Jan Lehký spoke about accelerating and streamlining the permitting processes in the country. He also presented a draft solution by introducing the institute of a regulatory plan.
