Attorney Josip Marohnic, working in co-operation with Karanovic & Nikolic, gave a presentation at the Balkan Energy & Infrastructure Investment Forum, which was held on 16 and 17 of November 2015 at The Westin Zagreb, Croatia.
Among the diverse topics addressed at the conference were pipeline, tender and financing structures, recent regional energy deals and project finance in the Balkan energy market. The conference was attended by investors, equity sponsors, banking project leaders and other industry leaders.
At the conference, Karanovic & Nikolic’s Focus on Energy 2015 publication was presented to conference participants, by outlining the main trends in the Balkan energy market, recent experiences of investors and project sponsors in renewables projects, the interplay between state aid and renewable energy incentives, and new developments in the regional oil and gas market.
