Holman Fenwick & Willan has hired a partner each for its Paris, Brussels and London offices, building up its corporate and regulatory practices.
Corporate partner Robert Follie joins Holman Fenwick in Paris from Hogan Lovells. His practice focuses on the energy sector, with clients at Hogan Lovells including BHP Billiton and ExxonMobil. He began his career in house at Esso France and Exxon.
In Belgium, Holman Fenwick has hired the former managing partner of Hammonds’ Brussels office, Konstantinos Adamantopoulos. Adamantopoulos left Hammonds in March last year, before the firm announced its merger with Squire Sanders & Dempsey.
He specialises in EU trade and competition law, including Holman Fenwick’s core shipping and aviation practice areas.
Meanwhile, Eliza Petritsi, previously a senior associate at Squire Sanders Hammonds, is promoted to partner on her arrival at Holman Fenwick’s London office. Petritsi is also a competition specialist.
