BLP hands fifth term to managing partner Eisenberg

Berwin Leighton Paisner (BLP) has re-elected Neville Eisenberg as managing partner for a fifth term.

Eisenberg was elected following an unopposed vote, which completed on 22 February. His new term will begin on 1 May and will run for a further three years. Eisenberg has been managing partner since 1999.

In a statement BLP chairman Peter Robinson said: “Neville’s leadership and strategic vision has provided the firm with both the stability and drive to achieve exceptional results.

“With clients at the forefront of what we do, we continue to provide an outstanding service on a global scale. Neville is no less enthusiastic now than he was in 1999 and is very excited by the challenge ahead.”

In the 2010-11 financial year, turnover at BLP was up 20 per cent, from £191m to £229m, while average profit per equity partner rose 56 per cent, from £455,000 to £712,000.
