Beachcroft has focused on its core domestic insurance practice in its latest round of partnership promotions, bringing six into the fold.
The firm promoted two in its claims validation practice, which investigates claims on behalf of insurer clients, with one made up in Manchester and another in Birmingham.
In Bristol the firm’s high-value injury claims practice was boosted by two additional partners, while one each was promoted in London (dispute resolution) and Leeds (health and clinical risk).
Managing partner Paul Murray said: “Beachcroft is continuing to implement a planned programme of targeted growth in our key business areas and these promotions in our insurance and health practices support that strategy.
“While many other law firms have been resorting to significant programmes of job losses and/or salary cuts, we’ve continued to invest in our people and in new opportunities.”
The promotions bring the firm’s partnership to a total 161.
The new partners are:
Antonia Ford, claims solutions – claims validation, Manchester
Joanna Keogh, claims solutions – claims validation, Birmingham
Simon Curtis, claims solutions – high-value injury claims, Bristol/Newport
Andrew Baker, claims solutions – high-value injury claims, Bristol/Newport
Tom Watkinson, dispute resolution, London
Sean Doherty, health and clinical risk, Leeds
The firm has also promoted Craig Dickson in the claims solutions – credit hire team in Birmingham to the post of director.
