Kirstie McGuigan, a partner in Taylor Wessing’s private client team, has been named one of Private Client Practitioner’s Top 35 Under 35 2013.
The Top 35 Under 35 initiative is designed to identify, recognise, promote and introduce the rising stars of the private client practitioner community. Each year, Private Client Practitioner invites nominations from all around the world for young and upcoming stars within private client advisory professions, including lawyers, accountants and trustees.
McGuigan advises on a range of private client issues and specialises in the resolution of disputes relating to the formation or administration of trusts and estates both in a UK and international context, together with non-contentious matters such as trust creation and administration, including tax implications, the creation of charities, the drafting and preparing of wills, the administration of estates and related personal tax and succession planning. She was promoted in May this year to the firm’s UK partnership.
