US employment giant Littler Mendelson has acquired German employment boutique Vangard as its first foothold in Europe. The deal sees Littler Global, Litter Mendelson’s international arm, take on Vangard’s four German-based offices in Hamburg, Berlin, Düsseldorf and Munich. [continued]
