Conyers Dill & Pearman has received two Deal of the Year Awards at the annual China Law & Practice Awards ceremony.
The firm won in the following two categories:
- Equity Deal of the Year – Alibaba Group Holding’s IPO on the NYSE
- Private Equity Deal of the Year – Yongye International Privatization
