Sintons has recruited three new lawyers to its corporate team. Caroline Swift joins the Newcastle firm as an associate in the company and commercial department. She is joined by solicitors Metab Hussain and Emma Pern.
Swift was previously an associate at Dickinson Dees (now Bond Dickinson) and specialises in mergers and acquisitions, disposals and business support and restructuring. She has worked on major transactions around the UK.
Moving from a niche regional boutique firm, Hussain is now part of Sintons’ healthcare team. He specialises in advising GPs and dentists on mergers and acquisitions and deals with commercial contracts, partnerships and LLP agreements, principally in the healthcare sector.
Pern, an experienced corporate finance lawyer, has moved to Sintons from a law firm in York. She advises on banking and finance transactions, insolvency, corporate recovery and private equity.
