Commercial litigation 
Contractual disputes, confidentiality, TCC disputes, arbitration, sales of goods, agency, consumer credit, asset finance and recovery, including freezing injunctions and search and seizure orders.

Sports law 
The resolution of contractual disputes between participants in professional sport, company and trusts aspects of wealth management, disciplinary proceedings, challenging the decisions of sport regulatory bodies, breach of confidentiality and breach of privacy including urgent injunctions.

Walmisley recently represented a premiership footballer in Re a Debtor — a dispute between an international agent and a premiership footballer as to the entitlement to fees on a transfer.
