Jaywing has been appointed to provide Business Intelligence support for Irwin Mitchell, one of the UK’s largest law firms.
Initially, Jaywing will lead a programme of change in order to streamline the company’s reporting, ensuring that Irwin Mitchell’s data management processes deliver information to stakeholders efficiently and with pinpoint accuracy.
Jaywing’s consultants will become part of the Irwin Mitchell team and provide infrastructure to deliver highly detailed reporting. Building on Irwin Mitchell’s already strong foundations the aim is to improve insight into business performance and market leading forecasting of financial trends and resource requirements.
