At the 11th Eastern China Lawyers Forum, Dacheng attorney Wang Fuchun won the highest honour for his speech on key legal issues and the practice of law involved in the primary development of collective land in the course of urbanisation.
Wang is a member of the Standing Committee of Dacheng’s Global Housing Development Committee and director of construction engineering, real-estate and mining practice of the law firm’s Nanchang office.
His speech was delivered at the forum of ‘Innovation, Standardisation and Improvement’ and the sub-forum of ‘Urbanisation and the Role of Lawyers’.
Wang’s speech was divided into three parts: how he came up with the research at issue; what his main arguments were; and what is new about his research.
Apart from Wang’s, another six prize-winning papers written by Dacheng attorneys were also presented at the forum, which had been divided into eight sub-forums with diverse themes. The authors were Hefei-based Zhou Maoming and Zhan Tao, Ningbo-based Ye Yuanhua, Zhao Hongjun and Wei Jie and Shanghai-based Shang Jiangang and Wang Feng.
