Walker Morris lawyers advise Symington’s on the licensing of Unilever’s wet sauces portfolio

Lawyers from Walker Morris have advised convenience food manufacturer Symington’s on an agreement with Unilever whereby it will license Unilever’s wet sauces portfolio in Australia and New Zealand.

Symington’s will take on three brands from Unilever: Chicken Tonight, Raguletto and Five Brothers. Under the terms of the deal, the three brands will continue to be produced at Unilever’s factory in Victoria, Australia.

Walker Morris’s team of advisers included Richard Naish and Oliver Duke (corporate), Robert Goldstone (commercial) and Ian Akitt and Ben Roden (finance).
