Mourant Ozannes appoints Jersey advocate and Jersey solicitor

Mourant Ozannes has a new Jersey advocate and Jersey solicitor. James Daniel and Carol Doherty appeared before the Royal Court of Jersey on 3 March 2014.

Daniel, who works in the banking and finance and corporate practices, was sworn in as advocate, and Doherty, who works in the litigation practice, was registered as a solicitor, following the successful completion of their examinations in 2013.

Daniel joined Mourant Ozannes in 2008 after completing the Legal Practice Course, having worked in the Mourant Ozannes London office for 18 months. He advises on a full range of offshore corporate and banking and finance work.

Doherty joined Mourant Ozannes in 2007 after previously working as a family proceedings officer in the family division of the Royal Court of Jersey. As a family law specialist, she advises on all aspects of divorce, matrimonial finance matters and children issues.
