DLA Piper represents Q2 Holdings in initial public offering valued at $100m

DLA Piper has advised Q2 Holdings, a provider of cloud-based virtual banking solutions, in its initial public offering (IPO) valued at approximately $100m (£60m).

The DLA Piper team representing Q2 was led by partner John J Gilluly III and also included partner Ariane Chan and associates Anna Denton, Justin Bowes and Brent Bernell.

Since 2008, the firm’s capital markets group has represented companies, underwriters and placement agents in approximately 240 public offerings (equity and debt) in the US and worldwide, including more than 40 IPOs and more than 50 private offerings, raising more than $94bn.
