Camille Bourke is a partner in the investment funds practice of Arendt & Medernach. She specialises in the legal and regulatory aspects of private equity funds structuring, as well as in corporate law issues arising out of private equity transactions.
Bourke worked at our Luxembourg and Brussels offices and founded the London representative office. Since September 2012, she has been the resident partner of the firm’s London representative office.
Prior to joining Arendt & Medernach, she practised in the New York office of Willkie Farr & Gallagher.
Bourke has been a member of the New York Bar since 2001 and the Paris Bar since 2004 and has been admitted by the Luxembourg Bar to practise in Luxembourg under her French professional title.
She holds a degree in business law from Université Paris II Panthéon-Assas and a Master’s (LL.M) degree from Harvard University.
She speaks English and French.
