DLA Piper opens flagship Sydney office at No.1 Martin Place

DLA Piper’s Sydney office has officially relocated from 201 Elizabeth Street to new premises at No.1 Martin Place in Sydney’s business and financial community. 

Following one of the largest leasing transactions in the Sydney CBD last year, DLA Piper now occupies four floors in the landmark high-rise building, which is owned by No.1 Martin Place Trust and the Charter Hall Office Trust on a 10-year lease term.

The client floor includes the latest in virtual meeting and other audio-visual technologies, as well as large open-plan function and meeting space, including a 400m² outdoor terrace. The three work floors are connected with a central spiral stairwell and include community and break-out zones, quiet and meeting rooms, offices and workstation hubs.
