Addleshaw Goddard advises Sainsbury’s on joint venture with Dansk Supermarket

Addleshaw Goddard has advised Sainsbury’s on its high-profile, strategic joint venture with Dansk Supermarket to create the new Netto grocery chain in the UK.

This is the second recent high-profile joint venture on which Addleshaw Goddard has advised the supermarket: the firm also advised Sainsbury’s on its partnership with Vodafone last year, providing guidance on a range of key commercial arrangements.

The Addleshaw Goddard team was led by Andrew Rosling (corporate), Jonathan Davey (commercial) and Bruce Kilpatrick (competition). Linklaters advised Dansk Supermarket with a team led by corporate/M&A partner Paul McNicholl.
