Ugo de Vivo joins DLA Piper’s finance and projects team in London

DLA Piper has announced that Ugo de Vivo has joined the firm’s finance and projects team as of counsel, strengthening the Italian client capability of the firm in London.

De Vivo assists Italian clients with banking and financing transactions, the restructuring of companies or groups of companies and capital markets, the issuance of bonds and structured securities by public authorities, supranational bodies and private companies and derivative instruments, as well as their restructuring and potential litigation.

Ugo, who has been based in London for the past 10 years, has previously worked for Allen & Overy, Dresdner Bank and Bonelli Erede Pappalardo.
