Government launches savings code of conduct for operational PPP/PFI contracts

As part of its Operational Savings programme, which has saved approximately £1.5bn in savings since its launch in 2011, the government has launched its new code of conduct on how public and private bodies will work together to make savings on operational public infrastructure projects.
