Pillsbury’s Jacobi is recognised as a leading lawyer by National LGBT Bar Association

Jeffrey Jacobi, a senior associate in Pillsbury’s litigation practice in San Francisco, has been recognised by the National LGBT Bar Association as one of the Best LGBT Lawyers Under 40 — Class of 2013.

The National LGBT Bar Association established this annual award to recognise outstanding lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) legal professionals under the age of 40 who have distinguished themselves in their field and have demonstrated a profound commitment to LGBT equality. Individuals are recommended for the award by members of the legal community.

Experienced in a diverse array of litigation cases, Jacobi is well versed in all phases of litigation from the pleading stage, discovery and motion practice to mediation, trial and appeal.

In his first five years at Pillsbury, he has litigated six cases to verdict, and as second chair, he has litigated two complex arbitrations and a nine-day state court bench trial.

Jacobi also handles trademark prosecution and protection matters, including clearing, securing and maintaining trademark registrations both in the US and abroad and trademark and domain name enforcement.
