Robert Dickason has a rapidly expanding medico-legal practice, appearing before regulators (GMC, GDC, NMC, HCPC) at inquests, and in civil and criminal proceedings.

He has significant personal injury and clinical negligence experience for both claimants and defendants, and was seconded to the Treasury Solicitor to assist with the Opiate Dependant Prisoner Litigation (No. 2). Dickason can be relied upon to turn papers around quickly.

He has particular interest in health and safety matters, representing corporate and individual defendants. Dickason was junior counsel to Ben Compton QC in the Warwickshire Fire prosecution in 2012 and to James Leonard in the 12-week Lakanal House inquest in 2013.

He also has considerable experience appearing before the Employment Tribunal and EAT across the breadth of employment-related litigation (for example, O’Hanlon v Post Office Ltd UKEAT/0202/12/LA, Macquet v Naiade Resorts (UK) Ltd UKEAT/0495/10/CEA).
