Miranda de Savorgnani joined Chambers as a tenant in September 2012 after completing pupillage.
She accepts instructions across the breadth of Chambers practice areas, with a particular interest in EU, commercial, regulatory and employment law work.
De Savorgnani has appeared in the Employment Tribunal, County Court and Magistrates’ Court, in cases ranging from TUPE, collective redundancy, gross misconduct to personal injury, contractual disputes and road traffic cases. She has also appeared in a preliminary reference hearing before the European Court of Justice as junior to Mark Mullins in Case C-583/10 Nolan v United States. De Savorgnani is on the UK Border Agency’s panel acting as the UK presenting officer in appeals in the First Tier Immigration and Asylum Tribunal.
