Welcome to the July edition of Stephenson Harwood’s Data Protection Update, a monthly bulletin on key developments in data protection law.

In this issue, the proposed ‘right to be forgotten’ is again addressed within the context of the guidance sought by the Spanish Audiencia Nacional from the European Court of Justice (ECJ).
