Addleshaw Goddard is appointed to the APUC Legal Services Framework Agreement

Following a full EU procurement process, Addleshaw Goddard has been appointed to nine of the 15 specialist lots in the National Legal Services Framework Agreement recently awarded by Advanced Procurement for Universities and Colleges (APUC).

The law firm secured appointments to the ‘general commercial’, ‘property’ and ‘one-stop shop’ specialist lots in the following regions: northern England and north Wales; central and eastern England (including London and the south east); south west England and south Wales.

Five contractors are appointed to each lot. The framework agreement will be effective from 3 June 2013 and will run for three years with a possible further 12-month extension.

The Addleshaw Goddard team was led by education sector specialists Peter Hardy and David Shaw, both partners in the firm’s real-estate division.
