Renewable Expansion Act (EAG)

Review draft published – a first overview! On September 16, 2020, the eagerly awaited draft of the Federal Law on the Expansion of Energy from Renewable Sources (Renewable Expansion Law – EAG ) was submitted for assessment. As a contribution to the realization of the goals of the Paris Climate Protection Agreement 2015, the draft creates new framework conditions for the expansion of renewable energies in Austria.
