Walker Morris has teamed up with Bloom to run a series of breakfast seminars to discuss the issues and opportunities surrounding the management of brands in a digital age. On 1 April 2014, Dominic Burch, head of social media at Asda, and Sam Brown, digital marketing manager at Goal, will discuss the challenges they often face and the strategies behind their social media management.
At the event, there will also be a panel discussion that will use recent case studies to explore the difficulties facing marketers when implementing a social media strategy.
The seminar will focus on how to engage with existing and potential customers on social media; how to deal with customer issues and complaints on social media and when to act; and how to ensure compliance with the new laws relating to online defamation.
The seminar will take place at Walker Morris’s office in Leeds. Registration opens at 08:00 and the event finishes at 10:30. The session counts for 1.5 CPD points.
