A Jersey advocate, Jonathan Speck specialises in commercial litigation, principally involving contentious and non-contentious trust cases, about which he has written and lectured around the world.
Speck was called to the English Bar in 1990 (currently non-practising) and, after returning to Jersey, was sworn in as a Jersey advocate in 1994.
