Partner Martin Scott is head of construction and engineering at Walker Morris and has significant and extensive experience in dealing with high-profile construction, engineering and commercial litigation disputes.

He has been involved in many cases in the High Court and the Court of Appeal that have been reported and a number of those have been run under conditional or discounted fee agreements. Cases include: v Cooper [2008] EWHC 2198 (Ch) [2008] B.C.C. 877; v Cooper [2011] EWHC 902 (Ch); and Kubik v Addleshaw Goddard (unreported).

Scott also has a great deal of experience of adjudications and also of mediation.

Chambers Guide to the Legal Profession states that Scott is a ‘strong knockout lawyer’. He is also identified as a contentious specialist and is praised for his expertise in this sector.
