Partner Philip Mudd is head of banking, restructuring and insolvency. With experience including the first ever administration under the 1986 Insolvency Act, the first CVA to resolve a pension deficit with the blessing of the Pension Protection Fund and the first and only CVA of a cathedral, he brings a wealth of practical knowledge to the table.

He is a licensed insolvency practitioner, a fellow of R3 and a member of the Insolvency Lawyers’ Association.
