Sfar-Gandoura is a partner in the real-estate department advising on a wide variety of commercial property matters, with a particular focus on the investment and retail sectors.
She has experience in a wide variety of commercial property transactions and deals with acquisitions and disposals (including high-value portfolios), landlord and tenant matters, property management issues, property issues in corporate transactions, property finance work and general property related advice. She acts for investors, landlords, tenants and retailers.
Sfar-Gandoura read law at the University of Sheffield and completed her Legal Practice Course at Nottingham Law School. She trained with Trowers & Hamlins, London, where she spent time in the property department and in the firm’s Abu Dhabi office. Sfar-Gandoura joined Richards Butler on qualification and then moved to the real-estate department of Herbert Smith LLP. She joined Shoosmiths in September 2005, becoming a partner in May 2008.
