Colin Passmore has developed a varied commercial litigation practice that encompasses both international and domestic disputes.
Over the last 28 years Colin has worked in England, Hong Kong and the Middle East from where he has developed a varied commercial litigation practice that encompasses both international and domestic disputes. As reflected by his recent work, his particular focus areas are retail finance litigation, extradition disputes and large professional indemnity claims.
He joined Simmons & Simmons in 1986, becoming a partner in 1990 and a solicitor advocate (civil) in 1999.
He is chairman of the Membership Committee of the Academy of Experts.
Colin is the author of Privilege, the third edition of which will be published in 2013.
