He has extensive experience in domestic and international transactions with particular expertise in the power and transportation industries.

Santangelo represents domestic and international clients in industries such as manufacturing, retailing, energy, technology and telecommunications in connection with a range of transactions, including M&A, the purchase and sale of corporate assets and/or securities, public debt and equity offerings and similar corporate undertakings.
