DLA Piper advises Arsenal Capital Partners and Chromaflo on acquisition of CPS Color

DLA Piper has advised Arsenal Capital Partners and Chromaflo Technologies, a supplier of pigment and chemical dispersions, on the acquisition of tinting specialist CPS Color.

Chromaflo Technologies and CPS Color’s colorant business will combine to create an independent global colorant system and pigment dispersion platform. The new colorants and dispersions specialist will operate under the name Chromaflo Technologies.
