Criminal business law specialist set to join Hogan Lovells’ Paris litigation practice

Hogan Lovells has recruited Antonin Lévy, a partner dedicated to white-collar criminal defence, to its litigation practice in Paris.

Lévy is currently a partner at law firm Metzner Associés. He will join Hogan Lovells with a team at the beginning of 2014.

He is a member of the Paris and New York bars and specialises in criminal business law, in particular in stock exchange, financial and industrial matters. He has worked on a number of flagship cases, including the Concorde accident, in which he obtained a non-guilty verdict for Continental Airlines, and he has also advised on a number of significant international bribery and corruption cases.

Lévy will join Hogan Lovells’ Paris litigation practice, which is headed by Thomas Rouhette. The team comprises 23 lawyers, including five partners and two counsel.
