South-East based TWM Solicitors is expanding its presence in London, with new premises in the capital taking the firm’s total number of offices to eight.
The office is due to open in Kensington & Chelsea from early September and will focus on enfranchisement, family and private client.
It will run alongside the firm’s other London base in Mayfair, which also handles employment law and dispute resolution.
TWM’s managing partner Matthew Truelove said the new office will be housed by both existing members of the firm and new lawyer hires. The opening follows revenue growth of 25 per cent over the last two years from £10.6m to £13.4m, as well as an 8 per cent growth in lawyer headcount since 2014.
The firm already has offices in Epsom, Reigate and Guildford, with the latter base growing in size following mergers with local firms Dawson Mason & Carr, Wheltons and Wright & Wright.
TWM joins several other firms already in the Kensington & Chelsea borough, including Russell-Cooke and Berkeley Law, which was acquired by Irwin Mitchell at the end of last year.
