DLA Piper advises Rolta India on second high-yield bond offering

DLA Piper has advised long-term client Rolta India on a high-yield bond offering. The company raised $300m (£178m) in the international capital markets, issuing 8.875 per cent senior notes through its wholly owned subsidiary, Rolta Americas.
