Conyers advises on $575m exchangeable senior note issue

Conyers Dill & Pearman has provided advice to Jazz Investments, a Bermuda company and a wholly owned subsidiary of Jazz Pharmaceuticals, regarding its private placement of $575m (£345m) aggregate principal amount of its 1.875 per cent exchangeable senior notes due 2021 to several investment banks acting as initial purchasers that subsequently resold the notes to various qualified institutional buyers.
