Dickinson Denby, who trained at Walker Morris in Leeds, joined Optima in 2009 and was promoted to head of debt litigation in 2011.

The role is a new position for the company, which is part of West Yorkshire-based claims business Mitchell Farrar Group – whose other arms include Investor Compensation, operator of website PPI Claimback.

Dickinson Denby said in a statement: “The dynamic and enterprising approach of All Square Treasury was a key factor for me in joining the business. I am looking forward to working with the team and our clients, at a time when the landscape of financial product mis-selling is extremely challenging for businesses.”

All Square Treasury was set up in 2012 to help small and medium-sized businesses make claims for mis-selling of interest rate hedging products and other mis-sold financial products.
