Bird & Bird has added 11 lawyers to its partnership including one in London in its annual promotions round.
In addition to the single promotion in its City base, the firm’s new partners cover Brussels, Milan, Rome, Paris, Munich, Shanghai, Stockholm and The Hague.
They include four in IP, two in disputes and one each in competition, employment, IT, regulatory and tax.
The firm said the appointments come alongside 21 lateral partner hires since the start of the financial year.
CEO David Kerr said in a statement: “We’re always keen to ensure that our people feel they have the opportunities to grow within the business and we support this as fully as possible. As a result it’s great to be able to make these promotions, which are a fantastic representation of the depth of our capabilities and international reach.
