DLA Piper has boosted its Dutch litigation and regulatory practice with a brace of hires from local law firm Kennedy Van der Laan Advocaten.
The firm has brought in partner Gerard Endedijk and senior associate Nadia Haase to ramp up its dispute resolution profile in the Dutch financial sector.
Endedijk has more than 17 years’ experience in insurance litigation. He joined Kennedy from Goudsmit & Branbergen in 2000 to develop the firm’s insurance and liability and litigation practice groups.
Endedijk said: “DLA Piper is highly ambitious and wants to lead the field in financial markets, becoming a key adviser to banks and insurers.”
