Yet another bunch of lawyers with a yen to do something different. This time it’s a five-strong team of trainees from Collyer-Bristow who are wearing in their hiking boots in preparation for a one-day assault on the UK’s three highest peaks – Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowdon – on 2 June.
As the team’s website says: “That’s a staggering total of 11,174 vertical feet, 1,000 miles of intrepid driving, 5.3 hours of sleep and 83 chocolate bars…”
The trainees are aiming to raise £2,500 for Access Sport, which increases sporting opportunities for young people. You can donate online at www.justgiving.com/collyerbristow3peakschallenge2006.
