CMS Cameron McKenna has concluded voting on its flexi-working scheme, with 96 per cent of staff signing up.
The firm had initially struggled to get employees on board. With a week to go before the deadline just 50 per cent had backed the scheme.

here are also a limited number of places on secondment schemes at the IMD Business School, the Raleigh International charity and with other members of the CMS alliance. The firm had warned that further redundancies might be necessary if there was not sufficient take-up of the proposal.
