The past two years have seen Sydney & London Properties becoming increasingly acquisitive, with the private Cardiff-based company making a conscious decision to trade up and become more active in the UK market.
Sydney & London has been a client of Olswang property partner Philip Olmer for 13 years, spanning his move from Berwin Leighton in 1999. The medium-sized company is typical of Olswang’s real estate client base.
Over the last year Olswang has advised Sydney & London on the £38m sale of a portfolio of properties, the acquisitions of Denning House, Chancery Lane, for £14.5m and The Holiday Inn Express Hotel, Castle Bromich, for £6.6m.
Olmer was assisted on the Dorland House acquisition by Grace Gethin, Matthew Lindsay and Fenella Davan-Wetton.
